The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for people living with disability to access supports that improve independence, function, and quality of life.
At Akeso Natural, we offer NDIS-funded Exercise Physiology services delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, supporting participants to move better, feel stronger, and live more confidently.
How We Help
Our programs are personalised and goal-focused, supporting:
-
Strength, mobility & balance
-
Functional independence
-
Chronic pain & injury management
-
Neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, MS, Parkinson’s)
-
Mental health, confidence & fatigue management
NDIS Funding
Exercise Physiology is typically funded under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living, and may also be supported through health and community participation categories.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, as well as families and support coordinators.
Our Approach
Our NDIS services are:
-
Evidence-based & person-centred
-
Tailored to individual goals
-
Delivered in home, gym, clinic or community settings
-
Focused on long-term function and independence
We also offer boxing-based movement therapy where appropriate, to build strength, coordination and confidence.
Get Started
To begin, you’ll need an active NDIS plan with relevant funding. Referrals can come from a GP, support coordinator, or self-referral.
