How We Work
At Akeso Natural Exercise Physiology, we provide specialised disability exercise physiology services for NDIS participants and individuals living with physical, neurological and developmental disabilities. Our programs are designed to improve mobility, strength, coordination, confidence and independence through structured, evidence-based movement.
Led by Accredited Exercise Physiologist Michael, our approach goes beyond basic exercise. We focus on building real-world function that supports daily life – moving, transferring, balancing, walking, posture, endurance and self-trust in the body.
Whether your goal is maintaining independence, improving quality of life, preventing decline or building confidence in movement, our programs are fully tailored to the individual.
